I refresh these pans every few years as, of course, they wear out quite quickly BUT so do more expensive fry pans. While fresh they are super for omelettes and scrambled eggs!

I bought this to replace one I purchased years ago but chose the wrong size. Very puzzled by the fact that the larger version was considerably more expensive and hardly warrants the vast increase in price. Why?!! I opted not to buy it and went to another retailer with a more acceptable price. I have always found your products to be of the highest standard so disappointed as I am a loyal and steadfast customer.
